Retrospective
Definition
A structured team reflection on what went well, what to improve, and what actions to take.
A Retrospective is a facilitated session in Step 6 (Evaluate) where the team reflects on the improvement project. Each member writes responses to three prompts: What went well? What could be improved? What specific action should we take? Responses are shared, clustered by theme, and discussed. The output feeds into the Lessons Learned document and informs future PIPS cycles.
