Evaluation Summary
Definition
The capstone document that synthesizes results, retrospective insights, and next-step recommendations.
The Evaluation Summary is the final deliverable of a PIPS cycle. It includes: a brief project overview, before-after comparison results, process assessment (how well did the team execute?), and a clear recommendation: standardize (make permanent), iterate (run another cycle), or close (problem resolved). It serves as both a close-out report and a reference for future improvement efforts.
