A Milestone Tracker is a Step 5 (Implement) tool that records key project checkpoints with their planned dates, actual completion dates, status (on track, at risk, late), and notes. It provides a high-level view of project progress for both the team and stakeholders. When milestones are missed, the tracker forces the conversation about why and how to adjust.
